
Our Inuyama Plant achieved Platinum Status in the 2025 Validated Audit Process (VAP) audit, which evaluates compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct.
The RBA is an international corporate alliance that promotes corporate social responsibility through the establishment of sustainable supply chains.
The VAP establishes a code of conduct to ensure workplace safety, worker dignity and respect, environmental responsibility, and ethical business practices. The VAP audit is a system in which a third-party auditing body evaluates compliance with these standards.
Our company establishes policies and plans for labor, occupational health and safety, the environment, ethics, and supply chain management in accordance with the RBA Code of Conduct, and is committed to operating in an appropriate manner.

We respond annually to surveys conducted by CDP, an international nonprofit organization that provides environmental information disclosure systems. We are advancing risk management and initiatives for both climate change and water security, striving to enhance the transparency of our information disclosure.

We have been certified as a “Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health” under the ”KENKO Investment for Health” jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council), which recognizes our company as one that practices excellent health management. We were first certified in fiscal year 2018 and have maintained certification continuously since fiscal year 2020.

Our company has been continuously certified under the “Sports Yell Company” program since 2021. This program recognizes companies that actively promote participation in sports to improve employee health. In fiscal year 2026, we received Bronze certification for having achieved certification five or more times in total. Our company has been recognized for holding sports events, conducting radio calisthenics within the workplace, and providing health management apps.

We have participated as a partner company in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s “Corporate Action for Cancer Prevention” initiative, which aims to increase cancer screening participation rates, since fiscal year 2019.
In fiscal year 2024, our cancer countermeasures, which include providing cancer information, introducing support centers, and offering guidance on publicly funded cervical cancer vaccinations, were highly recognized, resulting in our third consecutive year of being honored as an “Outstanding Cancer Prevention Company.”

We have been recognized as a “Best Workplace” in the D&I Award 2025, which is sponsored by JobRainbow Co., Ltd. and evaluates D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) initiatives, making it our third consecutive year since 2023.
Our company is actively promoting DEI with the goal of becoming an organization where diverse talent thrives and continuously creates new value.

We achieved Gold certification in the PRIDE Index 2025, an evaluation index for workplace LGBTQ+ initiatives, for the third year in a row. In addition to promoting LGBTQ+ understanding within the company, we actively sponsor and participate in external organizations.
We have obtained ISO 9001 certification for the quality management systems at our Head Office, Inuyama Plant, Ise Plant, Toyohashi Plant, Kisshoin Plant, and Kaga Factory, as well as at Murata Systems, Ltd. & Muratec C.C.S. Ltd.
We have obtained ISO14001 certification for the environmental management systems at Head Office, Kisshoin Office, Inuyama Plant, Ise Plant, Muratec Mechatronics Co., Ltd. (Shiga Plant and Oita Factory), Murata Tool Ltd. (Gifu Factory), Major locations of Muratec C.C.S,Ltd.
We have obtained ISO 45001 certification for the occupational safety and health management systems at our Inuyama Plant (including Group companies), Ise Plant, Toyohashi Plant, Murata Tool Ltd. Minokamo Factory.
